Tick & Pick’s Leather Charms are meticulously handcrafted vegan leather accessories featuring original, hand-drawn illustrations and diverse thematic designs, adding a unique artistic accent to bags, keys, and everyday items. Each charm combines premium materials with skilled craftsmanship to deliver high-quality, sustainable fashion details that reflect creativity and personality. This product line has shown great potential, attracting a high volume of purchases and strong market interest.

My roles

  • Lead Leather Product Line: Conduct research on design directions and develop concepts for upcoming collections and relevant included product. Collaborate with factory to develop prototypes. Review and approve final products prior to mass production.

  • Illustrator: Create 2D illustrations for selected charms, as well as develop charm designs for B2B clients.

  • Product Designer: Develop technical pattern files and define product structures.

Highlight

  • The brand’s Etsy shops have generated a high volume of sales.

  • Beyond strong sales, the products have earned a significant amount of positive feedback from customers.

Working on this product line has helped me learn about new materials and develop variety skills related to factory processes. At the same time, I learned how to manage a large number of products, including upcoming products and inventory. As a result, I understand how to develop a product from the initial stage to the distribution.
